After running cross country in high school that thinking quickly changed ☀️🏃‍♀️💨. Water became my best friend lol

Finding your perfect skincare routine can be scary but fear not! As long as your listening to your skin it’ll show you the right path.

If you skins is dry and flaky for example. Try switching to more hydrating products infused with oatmeal or chamomile to help with any itching.

Skincare doesn’t have to be hard. You just have to be understanding! 😉

Here’s your helpful tip of the day!

Pillowcases carry A LOT of bacteria 🦠 I mean think about. The drool, hair products, makeup, etc. SHEESH 😬 if you have acne prone skin you may want to take this a step further by changing out pillow cases daily. However, an easy first step in the right direction is washing them weekly.

For my sensitive skin babes try washing with a hypoallergenic detergent.
