Construction crews, roofers, landscapers, utility workers, road crews, delivery drivers, restoration teams, warehouse workers, sanitation workers, farmers, and everyone else grinding under the sun—y'all are built different. 💪🏽

This heat isn't just "hot." It's the kind of hot where stepping outside feels like opening an oven door. Yet every day, these men and women are out there making sure roads get fixed, homes get built, power stays on, packages get delivered, and businesses keep running.

While many of us can escape into air conditioning, they're out there battling the sun, sweat, and exhaustion to get the job done.
