What a transformation on this one!

Finishing up this beautiful wainscot this afternoon.

This house had severe rot and termite damage due to the improper initial construction methods used. Nailed it made sure to fix this the right way to have a worry free home for years to come.

This customer had some drainage problems causing the soil around the deck post to be constantly saturated. As a result the deck post were sinking. Nailed it took care of this by repitching the grade and adding a catch basin then finally finished off with a new set of stairs.

I have done multiple column replacements like this in this neighborhood. As you can see in the picture the base of the columns was totally rotten. Going back with pvc instead of wood is the way to go.
