We here at believe that the time is overdue to abolish the stigma surrounding this ussue!! The idea or notion that "Black people don't go to therapy" is and should be a outdated concept. Mental Health, should be normalized as a priority in our community. We have either consciously or subconsciously spun ourselves and our priorities, morals and mores out of sync whether we like to admit it or not. One of our goals at is help bridge the cataclysmic divide between our community and mental health awareness so that future generations can feel comfortable seeking and receiving the help that is needed in order to live more healthy and productive lives. Because a Healthy Community is a thriving one!!
