Smile Therapy.
During my one of my hardest emotional times, in the midst of my tears, I would go in the mirror and smile. It started to make me feel a bit better so I did it more, I would intentionally go in the front of any mirror /glass and start smiling at myself. I would take selfies of me smiling, I would exercise and smile, I would eat and smile. Can I tell you it worked. Did I still have my sad moments, of-course, but I always remembered to smile.

Some people think that girls that look like us don’t deserve nice things, that our lot in life is to suffer under all the “isms” that exist. That we don’t deserve rest, that we should be somebody’s workhorse all our lives. Some even think that we don’t have feelings, that our mere existence is to give and never receive. Some of us even believe that lie and gave our joy to these people.
I say to you, reclaim your humanity. Take back every single thing. You deserve love that doesn’t make you suffer, you deserve work that is not demeaning, you deserve rest without any explanation. You deserve all the spiritual and physical luxuries that you can afford without apology. You deserve to be seen without begging.

Monday Mask Motivation/ CEO Chat
Many of us spirited people made our full moon manifestations last night. So now what?
We have to work toward or make space for those intentions to come to fruition. Faith + Work.
As our launch of our Osun Gold Honeycomb Face Mask is days away I’m struggling with emotions of excitement and feeling overwhelmed. There is so much still to be done that I find myself not being as productive as I should. My horoscope today (Pisces) is to make a realistic to do list as trying to make unreasonable demands of myself will only lead to further delays.💡! Still reaching out to influencers, have to start PR worksheet, final touches with my team on the website. It’s a lot.
I have to affirm myself that
1. I am divinely appointed
2. I am capable
3. I can do all things through Christ (The Spirit) who strengthens me.

A Goddess waiting on the full moon tonight like….
Do you believe in moon 🌝 feelings? The word lunatic actually is derived from lunar. People firmly believed that full moons made people go mad or have extra feelings even become more fertile (freaky, freaky 😉). The Moon is scientifically known to affect the tides and our body is mostly made of water so…….. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Farmers also wait on different cycles of the moon to plant certain crops. “What I know for sure” is, we are all connected in this, nature human and animals.(cue the Lion King, Circle of Life 🎶) 🌙 ⭐️ 🦒 🦓 🙋🏿‍♀️

To the extent that the moon has on our feels; I am not sure but I will sure be making my manifestations known tonight. I might throw in a moon dance for a little razzle dazzle 💃🏿
