To keep your barrier healthy and even rebuild it, start by avoiding any skin-damaging habits and follow these tips:

🛀 Cut shower time to fifteen minutes or less a day and avoid hot water.

🧼 Switch out harsh, drying soaps for a hydrating body wash or a creamy, non-foaming cleanser.

🧴 Moisturize from head to toe twice a day (do NOT use body lotion on your face!).

🧖‍♀️ Try a sheet mask once a week, and come in for a facial and hydrating jelly mask at least once a month.

When it comes to your moisture barrier, babying your skin will make it stronger. 👶 = 💪
