Yoga is best done regularly to get the best result out of it.
And accordingly, the best time to do yoga for weight loss is early morning on an empty stomach. It would also be best if you practice for a minimum of 30 minutes whenever the time suits you.
Do not attempt to take shortcuts. 20 minutes of daily yoga can only help you improve flexibility. Short yoga sessions like 15-20 minutes a day, may or may not be so effective if you're trying to lose weight.
Ultimately though, yoga can improve not only your physical appearance, but it can contribute to your mental well-being too if done with consistent efforts and an open mind.

Being prepared to travel pre-departure will make your time in-country a more successful experience.

As soon as you hit the open road, all you will have to think about is enjoying a stress-free day/s out of work. Our worries and tensions seem to fade away (as long as the traffic doesn't suck, that is).

The feeling of being completely 'free' and being in awe of the continually changing surroundings is simply out of this world. I, for one, couldn't just get enough!

I got some lists from the internet, which I also often use whenever we go on a road trip. I hope this helps!

Good things come to those who book flights. Yes or yes?

We all have reasons for traveling:
🔥wanderlust
🔥the love of a different culture
🔥a desire to just leave it all behind
🔥the need to forget

Travel becomes a way for people to deal with different situations, experience new things, or help search for a sense of self.

People you meet while on the road become some of the most valued names on your contact list. They become places on the map to visit later on. These folks give you a glimpse outside your hometown circle of friends, force you to take in new and refreshing perspectives, and ultimately realize that everyone is the same.

Like me, you're also a human who commits mistakes and we do bad things we never thought of doing. According to a master yoga trainer in Dallas, "Back pain or injury that happens as a result of yoga is not common. But when it occurs, it's most often because of how the pose is being practiced...
..Yoga is actually a very therapeutic exercise for the back -- you just have to make sure you're mindful of protecting it as you go."
