To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, The Beauty Aesthetics will be implementing and strictly enforcing the following updated policies moving forward:

‣ Business Hours Communication Only:
I will be sure to respond to all messages and questions DURING business hours ONLY. Messages received after hours will be answered during the next business day. I appreciate your patience.

‣ Booking & Information:
Please refer to my booking site for appointments, pricing, services, and policies. For additional assistance, text my business number at (404) 796-6484 – responses are faster here than on Facebook or Messenger.

‣ Late Arrivals / No-Shows:
Clients must arrive on time, early, or within the 10-minute grace period. If you are late beyond the grace period or fail to show up without notice, your appointment will be canceled, and you may be permanently banned from booking. No exceptions.

‣ Phone Use During Lash Appointments:
To ensure the best results and service, please refrain from texting or using your phone during lash appointments.

‣ Friends & Family:
All policies and boundaries apply equally to friends and family. This is a professional business, and I ask that all clients respect that. It’s not personal – it’s business.

‣ Respect My Time & Energy:
I’m not just your beauty provider – I’m a human being, a mother, and I also work outside of this business. I may take breaks or days off. Please respect my time and life outside of work. Patience and understanding go a long way.

‣ Please Read Thoroughly:
Take the time to read all details when booking to avoid misunderstandings later. “I didn’t know” is not an acceptable excuse.

‣ After-Hours Appointments:
Any appointments scheduled after 7 PM will incur an additional $10 fee. Book in advance to secure your preferred time slot – availability is limited, and squeeze-ins are not guaranteed.

‣ No Deposit | No Appointment!
The deposit is set to secure your spot!
