30 Days of Shopping My Closet | Day 19
This look is all about layering pieces in a way I’ve never worn them before.
The Free People dress is sheer with the prettiest handkerchief hem, so I layered it over dark wide-leg denim and added a fitted brown bodysuit underneath.
The cropped denim jacket gives the whole look structure and makes it feel a little more casual and wearable for fall.

We thought we were taking a much-needed mini vacay to Saint Martin…then our son, daughter-in-law, and grands surprised us and showed up at the resort! 🥹🌴💙
Just like that, our couples getaway turned into a family vacation—and it was the BEST surprise ever! The sunshine was beautiful, but having our family there made this trip unforgettable. Absolutely obsessed with these memories! 🥰

When I started my 30 Days of Shopping My Closet challenge, I was honestly overwhelmed by the thought of creating 30 different looks. 🤭 But y’all…I’m having WAY more fun than I ever expected!
I’ve rediscovered pieces I forgot I owned, created combinations I never would’ve considered before and learned even more about what makes an outfit work for me. My closet feels completely different—and I didn’t have to buy a thing to make it feel new!

STYLE TIP: When you feel like you have nothing to wear, start with one piece you haven’t worn in a while and build the entire look around it. Try a different layer, an unexpected color combination or statement accessories. Sometimes the outfit you’re looking for is already hanging in your closet!
