Top Tier Braids Rules
Over the year I’ve been very lenient when it comes to the shop and rules. I’ve let a lot of stuff slip by due the kindness of y’all support. I know have to make rules in order to keep my business up and running. No disrespect to anyone!!!!

#1. No Smoking

#2. No kids allowed if they’re not getting service due to the size of the building

#3. Hair must be shampooed, fully dried and no product (if not done this will result in cancellation)

#4. You have a 15 minute grace period before cancellation, I have to take into consideration of my next clients and scheduling

#5. All hair will be purchased by me, I will not use a brand that I don’t normally use (All Hair Does Not Braid the Same)

#6. You have a 3 day limit to have braids fixed after leaving the shop

#7. Cellphone and tablet use is accepted as long as the kid or teenager can hold their head the proper way

#8. If you can’t make your appointment please cancel in enough time so that I can refill your spot, as much as you love braids by Top Tier Braids someone else does as well

#9 If you cancel on me 3 times you will not be able to book again SORRY. I do not require deposits so when you cancel I’m losing business.

#10 The full amount of money is required after service is rendered I will not allow half payments!
