Wellness is a full integration of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Health is a state of being, whereas wellness is the state of living a healthy lifestyle.
If you know me, I am a huge advocate for mental health. I use many tools to self soothe. From journaling, to podcasts, to listening to my big sis Sarah Jakes Roberts…I always need a way to relieve myself of the every day stress that life presents.
I believe it is important to bring peace, empowerment, hope, and growth to those that are struggling or are seeking a positive change!

This lovely had lipo 360 and her hip dips filled. A little decongesting, diet correction, and adequate compression goes a long way!

A tummy tuck isn’t always the answer. Sometimes you’ll be surprised at how well you skin can retract. This lovely had lipo 360 only, and we haven’t even taped her yet! ❤️🩹
