Preregister and come join Maternal Wellness Hikers and our Guest Hiking presenters, SHINE as we lead you on a hike and an interactive activity surely to satisfy your prenatal and maternal needs. Yes, we are talking about being mindfully aware of our health and fitness and taking accountability for what we know. SHINE is prepare to tech you a thing or too about prenatal Self Care and not only that, we are going to feed you a healthy lunch meal and and and and, you will go home with your personal Kenyan basket filled with prenatal tools for self monitoring. The first 20 expecting mothers to register and attend will receive food for thought and thoughts for food!!! Build a strong supportive village of family, friends, or a doula. Emotional support can be crucial during pregnancy and labor.. Create a birth plan that outlines your preferences for labor and delivery. This can help communicate your wishes to your healthcare team.
Incorporate mindfulness practices into your routine. Techniques such as journaling, meditation, or spending time in nature can enhance your emotional well-being. Let’s go hiking! The weather is warmer and Sunday is promising to be a great morning to get out. It feels like we’ve been hibernating all winter like the bears!!! it weren’t for the snow, cold temps or rainy days we would have been out because we like hiking with you and we miss you too!
