I always tell my clients that high quality hair extensions can last up to a year with proper care, but very light blondes usually have a shorter lifespan of around 6–9 months since the hair is more delicate from the lifting process.

For this refresh, we brightened her blonde back up with a highlight service and installed brand new wefts from in some of the iciest ash blondes they offer. The quality of this hair is incredible and gave her such a fuller, brighter, and more seamless blend. 🤍

When it comes to red tones, the starting canvas makes a huge difference in how I formulate. She has been in the red family for a while, so this appointment was all about refreshing her faded violet-red and shifting the tone to something richer and more cherry.

For this service I used the new Epilogue permanent color!

Formula: 4-66 at the roots and 6-66 through the mids and ends to create this deep, dimensional black cherry.

Her old copper had grown out, so we brightened everything up with a foilayage and went for a BIG change with a shorter bob haircut for a fresh start.

To finish, I used the new Epilogue permanent color to bring this copper back to life!

Formula: 6-4 + 7-46 all over, using 20 vol at the roots and 30 vol through the midlengths and ends for a rich, dimensional result.
