We didn’t get the winter storm that was predicted but it sure is cold and windy. 🥶

I wanted to get a run in before the crazy weather starts.

I tried to wait for the rain to stop to go for my run but it’s not going to stop until after sunset. At least it wasn’t too cold.

Another day at the gym due to the cold temperatures….. 🥶

Phil and I ran 6 miles today and it’s the furthest distance I’ve run since June. Whew! I’m tired. 😂 Time to get my running legs back.

The weather was beautiful today!

The rain finally stopped but the weather was so chilly and windy so we went to the gym again today. What happened to the woman who ran outside every day despite the weather? 🤷‍♀️

Dreadmill Run - My pace was actually 12.00 for 2 miles. One day I’ll remember to set my watch for indoor run when I’m on a treadmill. 🙄 You can tell how much I love running on a treadmill by the look on my face. 😂

Today was the first day that I have run in over a month. I haven’t been eating well either. It’s time to get back on track. I know what I need to do and I have a meal plan and training plan in place.
