How do you make pot liquor? Someone asked this at "Healing Your Mind, Body, & Soul Edition” hosted by . Here is a Vegan option that we make at home all the time.
Ingredients: 2 bunches of collard greens, 4 Garlic cloves, 1/2 sweet onion, 1 tbsp ground paprika, 6 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1.5 tsp Himalayan salt.
Method: Chop Garlic and onion and sauté in large pot. Add 2 cups of water to pot, cover and bring to a boil.
Stack cleaned greens and roll them tight. Cut them into bits for desired bite size. Add greens and seasonings to pot and let simmer until greens are tender. When complete, mix in olive oil and additional seasonings for desired taste.
Tada! That yummy juice at the bottom of the pot is what we call “Pot Liquor”

Yoga is for everyone! This strong man was in an accident that left him in critical condition nearly ten years ago and commits himself to practicing and breathing through postures that spring chickens cry over 🤣😭. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey🤗🙏🏾🧘🏾♂️

Some food inspiration☺️ Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower bites. Got the recipe from . Their version is salt free. We added a dash of Himalayan salt to ours. Breaded with rice flour and coconut flour (recipe calls for almond flour but nut allergies😒). Seasoned with smoked paprika, onion, garlic, parsley and tomato paste. Cook in airfryer or convection oven for crispy yummy healthy bites, then toss in your favorite wing sauce and pair with a creamy dip. ☺️
