My lovely client had some indentions from uneven lipo foam placement under her garment, first I was able to release the intentions, then I showed an alternative to her lipo foam placement !

Salt can make your body retain water. So a low sodium diet is a must after surgery!
Gatorade is loaded with salt, so try to stick to water as much as possible.
