Meet Michelle Stephens, the Head of Programs Committee for CWEP!

Michelle has been associated with CWEP for 5 years and has an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School and is a graduate from Harvard Business School’s Strategy Ex*****on Program. She is a seasoned Business Strategist with over 15 years of experience.

As the founder of consulting firm Caribbean Strategy , Michelle can’t help but turn everyday business moments into strategy lessons; whether through a radio ad or billboard, her brain is always analyzing the strategy behind it! 🧠

Meet Nadia Felicien-Satney, our Head of Membership Committee!

She is a familiar face to many, since she has been involved in the Weddings and Event industry for 23 years and has been with CWEP since the very beginning!

A fun fact that people may not know about her is that she is a Gemini ♊️ and once had the career of a Mortician.

We are so glad to re-introduce her as part of our CWEP team!

Meet Svetlana Maximova, our Deputy Chair!

She has been with CWEP since the beginning, helping to curate our digital and online vision from the start!

Svetlana has a background as a Chief Marketing Officer in the Rambler Media Group. Her focus on Rambler.ru, the first Russian search engine, has significantly amplified her extensive knowledge in marketing strategy and search engine optimization (SEO).

Svetlana has seen AI’s evolution within search engines. Her fun fact is that over 60% of searches now end without ever clicking a website due to AI summaries or snippets giving instant answers to users.

We are so excited to re-introduce Svetlana as part of the CWEP team, as we continue our digital journey to connect with our members!
