Brief description:
Team Cowabunga is looking to add an entry level HR Assistant whose job consists of HRIS, reporting, and data entry. This position will also be helping with the scheduling of interviews for the company, pushing applicants through each section of our ATS, assign background checks and MVRs, schedule new-hire orientations, establish and maintain open communication/relationships with Company Leaders.

Core responsibilities:
Scheduling interviews - via Text Recruit
Scheduling New-Hire Orientations for large amounts of new-hires
Ability to move candidates through multiple systems - must be tech savvy
Reporting and uploading of several spreadsheets per day - must have excel knowledge
Must have strong attention to detail
Some weekend availability is preferred. (Offer Hybrid Schedule)
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:
Excellent typing skills
Training in vocational schools or an associate's degree or equivalent level of experience. Recruiting experience.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Compensation Range: $18- 22 per hour plus Bonus Potential up to $800 per month.
