This IDU2Live Affirmation card is timely and aligned with all that's going on in and around me. The simple reminder to "Breathe and Believe" is what I needed today, and the remainder of this week.

This one reminds me of Luke 12:48. " From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked."

The calling on your life is not for your personal benefit... it's to empower, educate and enlightened others. Get up and move accordingly.

If you are the lead author of your A.N.T.s (Automatic Negative Thoughts) destroy them by "identifying, questioning and replacing them". You can't heal what you don't reveal.

Because a small consistent change can make a BIG difference!

Perfection can often turn into procrastination. Move in faith, knowing that what's not right can be changed. Instead of perfection, strive for your very best, in the moment.

As you are working on your best, God handles the rest. Affirm it!

Just a few things that matter more than perfection...FAITH, GROWTH, PROGRESS, CONSISTENCY AND IMPACT!

When we get tired of our own excuses, and make moves (even a small step), we start to see results!

This week, replace at least one excuse with an intentional action.

Be sure to include (in your inner circles) those who will get comfortable with having uncomfortable conversations with you, in love, ofcourse... and are just as receptive to receiving tough love from you...because you want to see each other WIN.

Work through the emotion and TRUST the one who can see your tomorrow, today.
