It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month🎀 and in honor of Nina we’re running this video back as a reminder to do monthly self breast exams. Although Nina lost her battle last year, she worked tirelessly to ensure we knew her story and thousands of women like her. She spread awareness around self detection and advocacy. I truly miss her. May she continue to rest in peace and her memory be a blessing to those who loved her.

Check out her helpful tutorial on how to conduct a proper Breast Self-Exam. It’s important to share this information with your loved ones, friends, and colleagues! Remember to look for any lumps that weren’t there before, changes in skin texture, and ni**le discharge that is not breast milk. These are essential things to keep an eye out for during your self-examination.
