At Shell4locs, I operate by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I respect your time and ask that you respect mine as well.

Grace Period:
Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time.

15+ Minutes Late:
• After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on the remaining schedule.
• Service is not guaranteed if you arrive late.

30 Minutes Late:
• Considered a no-show.
• Appointment will be canceled.
• A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

Booking Fees:
Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. They secure your time slot and cover lost time when late or missed.

Please plan accordingly for traffic, childcare, and other delays.
Shell4locs is structured, professional, and runs on schedule — not vibes.
