And the color of the top layer also comes naturally from the addition of local honey from Sparrow Creek Farm. And that eye-catching dividing line? That’s organic cocoa powder. Just look at those layers! Honey & Shea Soap, post cut, is just so lovely. The top layer contains honey from our ✨very✨ local friends at Sparrow Creek Farm, making for the darkened hue. The layers are divided by all-natural, organic cocoa powder, and no other color or scent is added to this one!

These bars are headed to the curing rack, where they will harden up over the next few weeks, making for a long-lasting bar of soap!

Honey & Shea Butter Soap is in the molds today! 🍯 🐝

This is one of those that becomes a bit more exciting after the cut, when its layers make their debut. The whole of the batter contains lots of skin-loving oils, but this one also incorporates a fair amount of shea butter, making for a luxurious lather. Divided by a pencil-line layer of organic cocoa powder, the top layer has the addition of honey, which darkens the batter and allows for some contrast between the bars’ tops and bottoms. We do not add any additional coloring agents or essential oils to this soap, leaving it as natural as possible.

And we are super excited to be making this batch with ✨very✨ local honey from our friends at Sparrow Creek Farm. 💛💛💛
