Lavender and honey tea before bed * the perfect tea message * what is meant for us won’t miss us * going to plant more lavender today *Sunsets by the lake * Vulnerability * stars by the pocketful * many deep breaths throughout your day *ripples in the water * when the ducks land on the water * stay present and walk forward * the sound of silence * our judgements are guides to our shadows * a yellow butterfly landing right next to you * outside the lines is where we truly are * coping skills * what a privilege it is to be alive * anger is sad’s bodyguard * salty caramel yoghurt bars * not stepping on a scale * dancing around * when someone lets you in their lane * happiness is more about self discovery * don’t romanticize the bare minimum * it’s not how you fall apart, it’s how you pull yourself together again * doesn’t spring make you want to whistle? * a morning yawn * people who choose to bloom no matter what * sometimes I just want to be a mermaid (these are my thoughts at 3 am 😂) * maybe I’ll just paint a mermaid * postponing 3 things in that to-do list just because * intentionally balancing the energy in your home * writing a letter, letting it all out and choosing to burn it and not send it * forever is just a bunch of nows* we are all born to shine so let’s find that light within * the smell of fresh eucalyptus * these are my happy thoughts

Hello Petanque - A fun outdoor game that doesn’t make you sweaty * The remarkable ways we gain insight * you move forward, up and on * off the beaten path * you can’t let go until you realize that the pain of holding on is greater than the fear of letting go * a shared tear * P asking me why I always write dot dot dot at the end of everything…🫢 * The sound of walking over gravel * there is a light that exists in all dark places * If you can throw a ball, you can play pétanque. (Not that you’ll be the best, but you can play.) * people who welcome people with open arms * being around so many different nationalities * the magic in each different culture * looking forward to seeing this casual game played in a village square * the clink and clank of the metal boules * the beautiful simplicity of the field you play on * transitioning from living in fear to living in calm curiosity * if the road you are in is not a good fit, there are always several more roads * there is always a new day close by * finding purpose and passion in the work you do * these are my happy thoughts …💕

Knowing what you are feeling is not the same as feeling what you are feeling 💕

When we can trust, sit still and wait for the right time (God’s time) everything falls into place effortlessly.
We can’t let go if we are attached to a certain outcome, letting go of what we think we want and staying open to what has already been designed for us is extremely hard... but if/and when we can trust our journey - the gifts are priceless

Anytime you are beach bound (specially with Andrea and kids) * kk following her dream to live at the beach *angel numbers * color dying sand * cooper’s message in a bottle was found /he got a call and a picture * a kite flapping in the wind * something about drip castles * those first few seconds your feet step on the white sand * waves are just waves- ride them …even scared * filling your cup with things that nurture your soul * when the adults have sweatshirts on because they are freezing and the kids are swimming *the sound of the ocean at night when you can’t see it * Andrea’s face when a teen said “yes ma’am” to her * watching a bird glide in the air * expectantly * those tiny yellow flowers that pop up and bloom anywhere * that list of 5000 things you have to do, be and change _BURN IT * the sound of a seagull in the distance * the way little crabs 🦀 look at you while walking sideways * we have to learn to look at both, how you feel about someone and how they make you feel * all shades of blue * a fresh morning sky after rain all night * sandy toes and sun kissed little noses * simple living * recycled, restored, repurposed and reused * awake ? * beach volleyball * consciously being present * love is everywhere * ocean glitter * building memories …these are my happy thoughts 💕 may your day be filled with beautiful moments

The first quiet of the morning * anticipation * it’s not me first but me too * publix Italian subway * when someone else cooks for you * the way the light comes in through the blinds in the morning * a movie that gives you an aha moment * getting to know me all over again * Our Friday meditation gatherings on zoom and the beautiful people I’ve gotten to know because of it * when you make a manageable to do list and cross everything on it * * unplugging * coffee to catch up * honoring a commitment * the extend of human resilience * the importance of trauma informed care * bedtime stories * rediscovering the wonder of the world through my grandchildren’s eyes * a chorus of birds * still waiting on my blue birds to come back * surrendering is definitely not weakness, it takes courage and strength * the taste of fresh produce * dressing in layers .
