Monday motivation Message…some people wake up with a song in their hearts , some people have a two step!! I just happen to have both.. lol 😂💃🏽I had to dance my way into a positive state of mind and dance my way through tough and challenging sets during my training this morning… now look at me, wide awake, crushed my workout and feeling like my ready to conquer my day! The point is the way to get over something is go through it .. which one are you choosing as you go through Praise and or two step? Hey why not both.. which ever one works for you. Let’s Go 🙏🏽🙌🏾💃🏽🎤🎶
