As a 1988 graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage my educational program specifically focused on Swedish and deep tissue massage.
In addition, I have received training in aromatherapy, medical massage, reflexology, Reiki, Japanese Zen Facial Massage, small animal massage, and am currently studying massage cupping. I have worked with chiropractors, in corporate settings, day spas, in the TV and film industry, and housecalls. Committed to meeting my client’s needs, our working relationship is based on a "synergy" of our energies, working together to enhance and accelerate healing.

Qigong offers so many benefits—better balance, flexibility, and less stress, just to name a few. I’ve studied with Christina and Peyton before, and they’re not only amazing teachers, they truly know their stuff. I’ve been waiting to study with them again—come join me!
We are excited to begin offering Qigong classes starting Monday, August 4th!
These classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. We'll begin with refreshers on the rules of posture and core principles of Qigong and Internal Arts, then moving into forms and full qigong flows.
Students may mix & match days and times as each class is a "stand alone". Please reach out with any questions.

Welcome to 2025! It may have been a while since I’ve seen you for a massage, so I wanted to share some exciting news with you. I’ve retired from my position as registrar at Miami Ad School to focus on my true passion—helping people through massage therapy, full-time.

Training for Wally's Walk for Orphan Kittens:
Thursday-18 miles; Friday-12 miles; Today-8 miles.
The 63 mile walk begins the day before my 63rd birthday (March 4th) and plans to end on my birthday-March 5th, 2022.
The walk is in memory of my soul kitty Wally and is raising money for the Orphan Kitten Club.
