My Bestfriend graduated today! There is so much I can say but in so many words . I’m so proud of you I know this wasn’t easy , but you did it PERIODT! From spending homecomings with you, too watching you study all night on ft ,too moving you home for the summer that’s what’s Bestfriend’s are for . I have been blessed with great ones I can trust. Many eventful memories, petty fallouts and personality assessments they are all worth something. Everybody know wassup !!! September 2016 I inserted nexplanon birth control. I went through weight gain , weight loss , hair thinning then loss. I had no s*x drive and a nasty attitude. I felt like I was in jail in my body. I didn’t know what was wrong with my body. I have a small cyst on my ovaries and I have been constantly menstruating for the past two years with 3–5 day breaks. I was going crazy. I was losing the pigment in my skin because my iron was low. I was a zombie.
Today on April 17, 2019 I can say I am FREE . I will never put that poison(hormones) in my body. I hope I can be a testament for a young woman out there who could be having the same issues without knowing the cause. I didn’t know and I’m happy I’m delivered.

My heart and my head is so troubled by the death of Nipsey. I’m sorry that this happened to you . I know you were prepared to be a sacrifice. Jesus died at 33..... BLACK men risk there lives everyday by default. Please pray and be humbled and tell him you love him. Pray for him everyday especially if he’s a dr , a lawyer , a judge, an activist, a father , a brother, a husband. Especially if he has it all together. Pray for security everyday when he walks out the door . They are preying on us . Be mindful and careful. I love y’all . 💙
