Breaking down
today’s circuit: 20 reps x 3-4 sets

1️⃣ Low Plank to Dolphin: Waking up those deep stabilizers.
2️⃣ KB Russian Twists: 20lbs of oblique work to sn**ch the waist.
3️⃣ In & Outs: Targeting that center core.
4️⃣ Flutter Kicks: Finishing strong for the total burn.

🚨Stop doing thousands of crunches! They ignore the deep core muscles that stabilize your spine and flatten your tummy.

This is my go-to mat routine for hitting the Transverse Abdominis (your natural corset!) and the obliques. 🤌🏽

🔑 Pro Tip: Focus on pressing your low back into the mat and exhaling all the air out to activate those deep muscles.

🛑Stop doing cable kickbacks straight back! Here are two moves to target all your glute muscles for maximum shape and growth.

1. Cable Kickbacks: Secure the strap and hinge forward into a table-top position (back flat!). Crucially, turn your working foot out 45° to better hit the glute medius. Kick back and squeeze. Controlled movement only!

2. Cable Curtsy Lunge: Keep your active leg moving all the way back and across the standing leg. This exaggerated cross-over creates maximum length and stretch in the glute for a massive contraction on the way up. Drive through your front heel!

You don’t need a machine for diamond-cut calves! All you need is your body weight and three key foot positions to hit every muscle fiber.
Try this no-equipment routine:
1️⃣ Toes Inward (Inner Calf)
2️⃣ Toes Forward (Gastrocnemius Focus)
3️⃣ Toes Outward (Outer Calf)
12 Reps x 3 Sets for EACH movement.
