🌿❄️🌸☀️ A BOOK LAUNCH LIKE NO OTHER — SEE HIM IN EVERY SEASON 🍂🌻❄️🌱

What an absolutely remarkable See Him in Every Season book launch we experienced in Akron, Ohio!

My heart is overflowing with gratitude to Laurie Jarvis, Monica Jarvis, and Ruth Ann Young for the extraordinary love, creativity, thought, and attention to detail they poured into making this gathering so incredibly special.

Everywhere you looked, the seasons were represented.

The tables were beautifully decorated to reflect the different seasons. Even the food carried the theme, with seasonal dishes representing winter, spring, summer, and autumn. Every little detail seemed to say:

Look for Him. He is present in every season.

One of the most beautiful parts of the afternoon was the opportunity for each woman to decorate her own tree. The canvases began with simple trees, but before long they were filled with buttons, blossoms, snowflakes, birds, words, colors, and meaningful little treasures representing the seasons.

And just like our lives, no two trees looked the same.

Each woman was also invited to bring something that represented the season she is presently walking through and then share the meaning behind it.

And every woman participated.

Every woman had a story.

Every woman had a season.

And in every story, somehow, God could be seen.

There was laughter. There were tender moments. There were stories of healing, waiting, growing, trusting, overcoming, and believing.

Women who may not have known one another deeply when the afternoon began opened their hearts and shared their journeys—and suddenly we weren’t simply talking about a book anymore.

We were seeing Him in every season.

Thank you, Laurie, Monica, and Ruth Ann, for creating an atmosphere where women could do exactly what this book was born to encourage us to do: stop for a moment, recognize the season we are in, and discover the faithfulness and presence of God right there in the middle of it.

Every See Him in Every Season book launch we have held has been wonderfully unique. Different women. Different settings. Different ideas. Different stories.

And I love that!

Because our seasons don’t all look alike either.

Yet every gathering ultimately celebrates the same One:

The God who created the seasons.
The God who remains faithful through the seasons.
The God who walks with us through the seasons.
The God who never changes when everything around us does.

And perhaps one of the most beautiful pictures of Him that afternoon wasn’t found in the decorations, the food, the canvases, or even the pages of the book.

It was found in the women themselves.

Women created in His image.

Women carrying His love.

Women reflecting His grace.

Women whose lives are living testimonies that Jesus is still healing, restoring, strengthening, providing, comforting, and faithfully walking with His daughters through every season.

The trees were beautiful.

The tables were beautiful.

The creativity was beautiful.

But most beautiful of all was seeing Jesus shining through the hearts and lives of His daughters. ❤️

See Him in Every Season – Eau Claire, Wisconsin Book Launch

These See Him in Every Season book launches have been such a joy! As we’ve traveled across the country through the changing seasons—beginning in the beauty of spring, celebrating throughout the warmth of summer, and now gradually making our way toward fall—the celebrations continue. Each gathering has been unique, yet every one has been filled with meaningful fellowship, encouragement, and a shared desire to see God at work in every season of life.

Our Eau Claire, Wisconsin, book launch was another beautiful celebration. We gathered with many of the wonderful ladies from Harvest Assembly of God for a lovely breakfast and sweet fellowship. With nearly 25 ladies in attendance, the room was filled with warm conversation, laughter, heartfelt testimonies, and the joy of encouraging one another in our walks with the Lord.

A special thank you to Jenny Buckman for so graciously hosting the book launch in Eau Claire. Your hospitality, attention to every detail, and servant’s heart made the morning truly special. Thank you also to every lady who attended. Your presence, encouragement, and participation made this gathering a wonderful celebration of what God is doing through See Him in Every Season.

One of the greatest blessings of these book launches is seeing women from different backgrounds and seasons of life come together, united by the faithfulness of God. Each testimony reminds us that whether we are walking through winter, spring, summer, or autumn, God remains constant, faithful, and present.

Thank you, Eau Claire, for your warm welcome and for celebrating with us. It was a privilege to spend the morning together, and we pray that See Him in Every Season will continue to encourage hearts and remind readers that God can be seen in every season of life.

🌿 A Garden Party Celebration of Seeing Him in Every Season 🌿

On one of the hottest days of the summer, with a heat wave stretching across much of the United States, the Lord reminded us that true refreshment is found in His presence and in the fellowship of His people.

What a beautiful afternoon we shared at the See Him In Every Season Book Launch, graciously hosted by Sandi Sanford in her lovely Bismarck, North Dakota, home. Sandi opened both her heart and her home, creating the perfect setting for a delightful garden party where friends gathered to celebrate God’s faithfulness through every season of life.

Guests enjoyed fresh fruit, delicious homemade baked treats, refreshing lemonade, a variety of flavored waters, freshly brewed coffee, and, most importantly, heartfelt fellowship. Although the North Dakota sun was intense, our conversations about God’s goodness and faithfulness were the greatest source of refreshment that day.

One of the highlights of the afternoon was welcoming contributor Deb Hauge, who traveled from Carson, North Dakota, to join the celebration. Having one of our contributors with us made the gathering even more special as we reflected together on how God faithfully writes each of our stories—meeting us in seasons of joy and sorrow, abundance and waiting, celebration and challenge. Every chapter has purpose when our lives are surrendered to Him.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for making the afternoon so memorable. Your stories, your laughter, your encouragement, and your love for the Lord made this gathering truly unforgettable.

A very special thank you to Sandi Sanford. Thank you for opening your beautiful home, sharing your generous hospitality, and introducing See Him In Every Season to your wonderful friends. Your kindness and servant’s heart created an atmosphere where faith, friendship, and encouragement flourished.

Summer is often a season of growth, fruitfulness, and gathering, and this beautiful garden celebration reflected all three. We left with grateful hearts, reminded once again that no matter what season we are walking through, God is always present, always faithful, and always writing a story that brings Him glory.

One of the sweetest reminders of God’s faithfulness came after the interview. Through this opportunity, I met a young lady while we were out for lunch, and I had the privilege of sharing the Gospel with her. She opened her heart to Jesus and gave her life to Him.

God truly does make all things work together for good. What began as a television interview became an eternal appointment.

What a truly beautiful morning we shared at our See Him in Every Season book launch at Christian Crossroads Academy in Stanley, North Dakota.

A heartfelt thank you to Danita Bye and Theresa Evans for graciously hosting this special gathering. Your warmth, hospitality, and countless hours of preparation created an atmosphere where people felt welcomed, valued, and at home.

A special thank you also to Andrea Lafferty, who traveled all the way from Washington, D.C., to join us as one of our featured contributors. Your willingness to make the journey and share your heart was a tremendous blessing to everyone present.

We are so grateful to Christian Crossroads Academy for generously opening your doors and allowing us to host this event in such a wonderful venue.

The North Dakota summer reminded us just how warm it can be, but despite the unusually hot temperatures, our hearts were refreshed by sweet fellowship, meaningful conversations, and the joy of gathering with some of God’s finest people. There is something deeply encouraging about believers coming together to celebrate God’s faithfulness through every season of life.

A special word of appreciation to Theresa Evans for the incredible homemade fruit pies. They were absolutely delicious and a highlight of the refreshments, enjoyed by everyone who attended.

To every person who came, helped, encouraged, prayed, served behind the scenes, set up tables, welcomed guests, or simply took the time to be there—thank you. Each one of you helped make the morning memorable.

Every See Him in Every Season gathering is unique. Each has its own personality, its own stories, and its own beautiful expression of God’s presence. This launch was no exception. We left grateful, encouraged, and reminded once again that no matter what season we find ourselves in, Jesus is there, faithfully revealing Himself.
