If I could go back and tell myself ONE thing about achieving my body goals, it would be to put myself on a day to day SCHEDULE and stick to it. Every single day.
I used to think that as long as I got my workouts in, everything would fall into place. No. My life was ALL over the place—no real structure. Between working, house duties, play time, learning time, cooking, I was going insane 😂 As a mom I quickly realized that without a solid schedule I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I just became more stressed!
Once I started scheduling EVERYDAY, my workouts, personal time, sleep,play time with my daughter, down to my lunch time, everything changed.
✅I became more clear minded,
✅less stressed
✅ I finally see the results I’ve been working towards.
Being a mom is hard but with structure it will make all of the difference in your life, trust me🤍
