Next, sit down with gratitude journal & tacker for a brainstorm session. Read 10 pages of Personal Development of some sort or listen to a quick podcast.
Time to Push Play & meet the ladies in our virtual gym for daily movement. It's day 1 & 2 cardio 🔥 meltdown and Upbeat Strength 💪

After that Unstressed day 3 of meditation amazing new program. Helping me to start my day off in the right frame of mind.
Finally, before stepping into the home office it's time & . Take a moment to breathe before starting the work day.
This way of starting the day is helping with all the stress that the 8-5 job brings daily.
