Todays Class was pretty big ! They also worked pretty hard too! Half of em are my Biggest Loser clients and one of em has gained the most muscle out of all of em! If you guess which one correctly, I'll give you a free workout!

Big Fan of Kettlebells but this variation is a new to me - never done swings kneeling but one of my executive managers showed me this one, 25lb Kb just to try it out for the 1st time - did a little toss to have some fun too!

This woman. Right. Here. Knows me so well. I love her to the moon and back and not just becuase she gave me a Sauske phone case but because she is my best friend who has been with me through thick and thin and is becoming a web and so much more!
