Still reppin the home team, always will! Its the one thing in my life thats been consistent and never lets me down, fro the people, the products and the community...even the fitness community in general.

Slowly returning to the old me mentally, physically and morally...just this time wiser with what I do, how I do it and who I let into my life. I love this lifestyle. Do things with love , not for the love.

I observe the hard work and realize the adversity was worth it, nothing less than legendary.

What if I told you I havent hit the gym in about 6 months, would you believe me? What if I told you I havent been following my nutrition plan? You might not believe me, well its all truth. I've been in a bad mental state, a tough relationship, job loss, debts etc.

Through it all though I'm slowly becoming myself again and also becoming a better version of my old self. I had some people come and go in that ti.e theough my life who no matter the good or bad they did to me tought me a valuable lesson that I needed and for that I thank all of them.

But this here is just to say I'm back baby and I'm voming for everything they said I couldn't or wouldnt ever have. @ Impact Fitness

This is amazing! 2 months in and down 20! Following her Herbalife program! As long as I've known shes been competitive so she has the set a goal and crush it mindset! And that's what's shes been doing around 4 children and other family life activities the consistency has been key! Keep working and crushing it! Happy for you! 🔥🔥🔥🔥😁😁

But on a serious note, as you may have noticed I havent been posting much mainly for some mental clarity I took a semi hiatus from social media, laugh at a few memes here and there, crack a few jokes. I had a few minor set backs that well turned out to be blessings in disguise. Quit my job, got a new one same day...gives me some extra free time and potential to make the same money if not more as I can now focus on my own business a bit more as well. I can work on my own goals and stay that much more consistent with getting in that 20%, I've been ok with the 80% nutrition thanks to the consistent 2 shakes a day with my Herbalife products! Overall everything is going pretty well! But I'm back and gonna take these rwsult to new heights and break barriers! Time to level up!

Long day today... crappy work day.... come home to some mail, open it and it's this.

I often contemplate what am I doing with myself, with my life in the fitness world. Sometimes question if it's even worth it anymore cause no matter what I do there always seems to be something in the way or something that kills my whole mood/vibe. But then things like receiving this pin, something so small...has such incredible value and a sense of self worth and love. And when I say value I dont mean $$$ , but the amount of people I helped just to receive this, the happiness I was able to give someone else for reaching a certain goal. It was never about the money (it's nice for sure) but to know you added value to someone's life, that's priceless.

A constant reminder of why I continue to push through the hard times, to push myself and never give up. This lifestyle has done more than I can even explain. I'm grateful.

At work...and got this urge for something sweet...then remembered I had these bad boys in my backpack.

Havent been able to get here much lately but my nutrition has been on point... definition really coming in ...summer is about to be waaaaay different this year. @ Impact Fitness

And I'm back! How you start off is never always how you have to finish! Feel, understand and let it go. Now it's back to the grind!
