& I snuck away from for quick weekend to & . (Super congrats BTW! 💙💚). Turns out the trip was more than that for us. With all the madness of relocating to , starting , visits from friends, and all the other happenings, we had started to miss each other. Our connection. Our communication. All of it. Being here, just the two of us, gave us a moment to see that and remember the importance of making time for our relationship and not just putting it aside for everything else. 13 years later and she is still my world and the love gets deeper as we go... And when she buys me things. Or takes me on trips. 😳😂😂

As a first time , it is so weird dropping your off with “strangers” and you each go about your day. Karen& I know Dev has got it but it’s still a strange concept. Luckily her at used the ClassDojo app! We get to get a glimpse of what they do in the day, feedback on how she’s doing, and like these. Mrs. Lewis!

Karen and I told Devy that she was going to get her hair trimmed with MomMom. She asked if she could cut it instead so we looked on Pinterest and she found one she wanted. MomMom was not comfortable with it but Dev won in the end and now the s***k level has found a new high and she looks 17...
