The Elevated Esthetician seeks to inspire, empower, and support you in your pursuit of your biggest, most heartfelt dreams through personal coaching and accountability, somatic coaching, self care practices, mindset tools and work, and at-home restorative and energetic facial experiences. Three offerings at the moment:

As a wellness and events professional, I get especially excited to attend my own wellness experience. After an intense summer, I knew I wanted to reset and recharge before an even busier and more full Fall 🍂
I panned a day trip to Miravel in Austin and it was an incredible experience! From the welcome beverages (strawberry and mint infused water 🍓), to the hospitable team, robust programming (I chose the strength and mobility class and the manifestation meditation), nourishing spa services (I opted for a grounding massage that was heavenly), the delicious lunch and snacks all day, and all the hospitable details in between, I was in my elemwnt 🦋
I can't wait to be back! And I can't wait to design my own retreat experience for others soon.... stay tuned 💫

In Full Color is up on Substack! I LOVE having this weekly "column", very reminiscent of my blog The Everyday Elevated in my 20s and 30s ☀️
I think I'm getting better as a writer too! (Yes I use AI to help a bit, I always draft it first then have AI help refine it so I'm not redundant 😅 since I tend to be very wordy)
It's very comforting to have this column to share the moments of my everyday life that lingered a bit more (and not always the good moments!) 🤍
As I'm approaching 41 this Sept (!!!), I'm just more grateful that my life is so rich and full 💫🥰🦋🌅🤸♀️

Celebrated Zoey's 17th birthday (!!!!!!!!) with the best group of friends and doggies a girl could ask for. Thank you to every one of you who showed up and showed Zoey soooo much love (he LOVES all his gifts, even if his dad thinks he got super spoiled 😆), he and I are so very grateful 🤍🙏✨️☀️🐶🦋
