Complete 20 reps each leg and circuit through 3 times. Some tips... when you extend your leg, squeeze your butt and focus on keeping your leg slightly turned out. I always encourage eating fresh fruits and treating yourself to the occasional dessert.
But sugar is hidden EVERYWHERE in packaged foods, and we may be eating more of it throughout the day than we even realize.

In order to eliminate extra unneeded sugar intake, be sure to avoid packaged foods when possible, and learn to read nutrition labels.

Cobb salad tends to get a bad rep. Try this WAYYY healthier delish version with refreshing lime vinaigrette dressing!

grilled chicken, romaine hearts, hardboiled egg, crumbled blue cheese, avocado, blackberries, raspberries, slivered almonds

Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
Zest of one lime + 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 1-2 limes)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tb. honey
2 Tb. heavy cream
Salt and pepper

Tomato Beet Salad:
Seal beets in a foil packet and roast until tender at 400 degrees for an 1hr 15min. When cool, rub beets with a paper towel to remove skins; slice. Slice large tomatoes, and halve cherry tomatoes, then arrange with beets on a platter. Top with feta, cilantro, and olive oil season with salt and pepper!
