We're excited to team up with Oliver Pecan out of San Saba, Texas, known as the Pecan Capital of the World, to create a special edition tallow. This batch blends their 100% pure, cold-pressed pecan oil with our grass-fed tallow sourced from Cove Ranch right here in Texas.

Pecan oil brings a lot to the table:

Every single product we make starts with tallow, with olive oil and coconut oil only showing up as support players in a few recipes.
