I am going to be honest and lay it all out there for you to see. Growing up I never really had any self esteem about myself. I didn't date in high school or college for that fact because I didn't feel like those girls! You know what I am talking about. Those girls that look perfect all the time. I always wanted to be one of those girls but kept my distance. I know I missed out on a lot of great opportunities because of my lack for self esteem. Now I am taking control of my life. After I had my son, I felt frumpy as I put it. It didn't help that I had doubts in my marriage and even wondered why me. I didn't look like the type he usually dated, he rather have been out with friends living it up and I just wanted that family life. Have self doubt can ruin your life. I let it have control for far too long. After spending almost seven years putting everyone else's wants/needs a head of my own, I decided that in order for me to be the mom my kids needed me to be I had to make sure I was taken care of. I made the decision that day that changed my whole life. I decided it was time that I came first for an hour each day. I ordered my Insanity package and I was hooked!! I found myself excited and researching all I could on exercise encouragement. After just one week on the program, I noticed changed just not in my body, but
my mood was happier, I felt better than I did in years!! I just knew I was going to that body I always wanted but I am also going to get that life I wanted.... a life of happiness!! Ok and I wanted that hot body I have always dreamed about!!! Whats funny is I look back on high school pictures and I think why did I not feel good about myself because I looked good then compared to know! Its funny that you don't realize how far you have come till you take a step back and only focus on what will be,
then look back and think, WOW I went so much further than I even thought I could. Everything you do starts with one decision. It takes hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and support but once
you get positive and know you WILL reach your goal, NOTHING can stop you! It is all about taking it
a day at a time. Don't think about how far you have to go, just think about how far you have come!!
