While we’ve enjoyed and appreciated our time with our new friends at The Spa at the Palisades, we also understand that proximity matters to a lot of our clients who live and work in the Downtown Baltimore area and may not have the means to travel to Towson. As a result, we’ve moved again so we can be closer to the downtown clients we also love serving. ✨

Kaizen Beauty is now temporarily located at the Federal Hill Main Street building:

Paid street parking is available on E Cross Street and surrounding streets. When you arrive, please use the entrance closest to the smoke shop.

We’re keeping our temporary hours:
Monday–Saturday | 10:30 AM–7:30 PM

And yes—wet pedicures are now available at this location. Please note that we’re still working with a condensed selection of polish and art supplies, and this location has one pedicure chair, so pedicure availability may be limited.

While our Baltimore studio is being renovated, we’ll be temporarily located inside The Spa at the Palisades The Spa at The Palisades in Towson effective October 5th:

Our modified hours will be Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM. Walk-ins will still be accepted on a very limited basis, so booking ahead is strongly encouraged.

Please note that we’ll be offering dry pedicures only at this location, along with a slightly condensed polish selection while we work within our temporary setup.

We are incredibly grateful to The Spa at the Palisades for welcoming us into their beautiful space. We also encourage you to support this wonderful Black-owned establishment, which offers massage, hair services, facials, and esthetician-led skincare.

Due to a fire in our building, the sprinkler system was activated and unfortunately caused flooding inside Kaizen Beauty. As a result, the salon is temporarily closed while we assess the damage and work through the next steps.
