Here is your invitation to reclaim your power! There were two pieces of inspiration for this episode. The first was a channeled message of a lion unable to roar because it had given away it's power. Second was a quote from Carolyn Myss's book Sacred Contracts: 'When you do not seek or need external approval or validation from others, you are at your most powerful.' My intention is for you to step into your inner lion and be your most empowered self!

Today's episode explores the notion of getting out of your mind and choosing to express your thoughts. It often feels safer to stay within the 'safe' confines of our minds, but the growth happens when we are vulnerable. Better sleep is also an added bonus of when we release the pressure!

Today's episode explores the metaphor of the retro toy Etch a Sketch that allowed us to erase our work at any given moment. The invitation is to give ourselves permission to change our minds. 'Go ahead give it a shake, burn it down. Your happiness is on the other side.'

Today we're chatting about the Halls of Learning or the Great Halls. They are an etheric gathering space dedicated to spiritual knowledge. Our Akashic Records (aka our soul's blue print) is housed here. It's also where we create our pre-birth and post transition plans. When this space channels through in sessions, it's an invitation come back to and connect deeper to our soul's essence and to remove the human distractions.

I'm beyond excited to welcome my new lil babe into the world! It's quite surreal and I'm sure it's not perfect but it's a collection of the channeled messages that have guided my clients and I over the years. Perfectly imperfect!
The intention of Soul’s Advice podcast is to provide tools and practical wisdom to help you connect to your higher mind, to reignite your spark and to remember the reasons why you are in this moment here on planet Earth. I have been receiving these spiritual downloads through my Reiki practice from my angels, my Pleiadian family and my own soul for years. The messages, more like demands LOL have been getting exponentially louder and I am being asked to share them with all of you.
The pod's cover art was made by my late father in law, Norman Nilsen. He was a wonderful artist and I like to think he'd be proud of this new endeavor. 🙂
I hope you love it and tune in each week for wisdom and guidance to help you fulfill your cosmic plan!
