super happy, organic, free range whole Broiler Chickens raised on nothing but the finest Westport Island grass, bugs and organic unmedicated crumble now available in office for $8.00/lb! let's take care of your health on two fronts, come in for a massage and leave with a Chicken!!

my amazing Sister in Law and long time massage enthusiast once told me about a very talented bodyworker she stopped going to because she could smell his feet/shoes while face down on the massage table. to avoid a similar situation i've gotten in the habit of keeping a pair of virgin shoes that have never touched the bare ground outside that i change into when i arrive at my office in fear that i might step in dogsh*t or stink them up by exerting myself in them. i bought this pair just over a year ago and after more than 1500 massages i had a blow out this morning. it gives me great satisfaction that i worked through a whole pair of shoes doing nothing but exclusively rubbing and trying to help bodies through hands on bodywork. you should get a massage!

pumped the heck up to have attended a 4 day "Integrating the Cranium" training last week with Joy Carey in Walpole, ME! very powerful and transformative work that includes manipulating and affecting the sutures of the skull and inter-oral and inter-nasal hands on work!!

pumped the heck up to be participating in my first Otillo Swimrun this weekend in Casco Bay in Portland, Maine! in an effort to encourage people to keep moving i am offering $30.00 off any length of massage service to anyone who registers and attempts any length of the event. there is a 6.05 mile Experience length, a 10.51 mile Sprint length, and a 21.85 World Series length. hope to see you all out there and in the massage office soon!

after 8+ years of practicing bodywork professionally i finally pulled the trigger and sprung for an electric massage table! hoping this will help me extend the length of my career and allow me to transition seamlessly from violently deep levels of pressure to angellic baby hands soft, whatever your tissues need! come by for a massage and take a spin on this Cadillac of massage tables!!

new chalkboard sign drop!!!
