On April 12 from 6:00–7:15pm at Leela Yoga Lifestyle Studio, I will guide you through a calming Reiki Sound Bath designed to help you relax, release, and realign. Through the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments and the flow of Reiki energy, you’ll be supported in quieting the mind, softening the body, and reconnecting to your inner balance.
This experience is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply in need of a reset. No experience is needed—just come as you are.
Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared for deep relaxation. Eye masks, bolsters, and blankets will be available to support your comfort.
