✨ A Very Special Reiki + Sound Bath ✨

Join me for a beautiful evening of rest, reflection, gratitude, and connection as we gather for my final Reiki + Sound Bath before I begin an exciting new chapter in California.

While this will be my last workshop until December, it is certainly not goodbye. Louisiana will always be home, and I fully intend to return often. Each visit will be an opportunity to reconnect, celebrate, and continue sharing these special evenings of healing, laughter, and community together.

As always, you'll be gently guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath while receiving Reiki energy in a peaceful, welcoming space. Whether you're seeking stress relief, nervous system support, emotional balance, or simply a quiet moment to reconnect with yourself, this evening is for you.

No matter your religious, spiritual, or cultural beliefs, all are welcome. My work is centered on wellness, self-awareness, and creating space for greater balance—not religion.

This gathering feels especially meaningful to me because it gives us one more opportunity to share time together before this new adventure begins. I would be honored to have you there.

A beautiful beginning into the practice of Reiki, self-healing, and energetic awareness.

This in-person 3.5 hour certification workshop is an experiential introduction to Usui Reiki, designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself while learning how to work with energy in a grounded, supportive, and responsible way.

Reiki Level I is perfect for those seeking greater balance, personal healing, stress reduction, emotional well-being, or a strong foundational understanding of energy work for self and others. No prior experience is needed.

During this workshop, you will learn Reiki history, principles, hand positions, energetic awareness practices, receive your Reiki Level I attunement, and leave certified to begin your personal Reiki journey.
