Good afternoon dear friends! And how you start your new year can really set the tone for the year. This is a great time for reflecting on 2023. What intentions did you set? Did you stick with them? What challenges did you face? How did you get through them?

Look through your journal for highlights of the year. No journal? Try looking through your Google Photos. Practice gratitude for all of the blessings. Maybe start a journal for 2024. I invite you to use this week to really ponder how you want to feel in 2024. Sending love through all of these holidays!

Good morning dear friends. Here's an old picture that makes me smile. I've been reading an incredible book, "The Dream, The Journey, Eternity, And God" by Sara Landon & Mike Dooley.
"When you find yourself in a situation where you are trying to figure something out, attempting to fix something, or thinking you need to do something - and you're feeling some resistance around that - the easiest and best thing to do is to stop and ask, ' What can I do right now that would bring me joy?' "

Good morning dear friends! I hope this finds you feeling healthy and happy. Martin and I had quite the health challenges for the past 2 weeks and I'm so happy to say that we're back on track! It can be difficult to keep our vibrational energy up when illness hits. This week I'm clearing my energy and grounding with smudging, meditation and reading wonderful books. And it's ok to ask for help. We are all here to love unconditionally and support each other. Enjoy this day! Sending love!

My favorite part of the reading, "How do you want to feel, basking in your success?" Feelings attract the manifesting energy. You might want to ask yourself this powerful question.
