18 month touch-up and I’m still just as OBSESSED 😍👏🏼
Seriously… these brows have held up SO well, but getting them refreshed just brought them right back to life. The shape, the fullness, the way they frame my face, I can’t get over how much having your brows done just enhances your natural face.
My girl is truly next level. Not only is she insanely talented, but she takes her time, listens, and makes sure everything is perfect. You can just tell she cares so much about her work 🤍
If you’ve ever thought about getting your brows done, this is your sign. And if you’re worried about longevity… 18 months later and still loving them 👏🏼
She is 1000% worth the drive. I’ll never trust anyone else with my brows 🙌🏼✨
PS I go every 18 months if anyone wants to tag alone for a ride and get your brows done too. Girls Trip 🤗.
Give her a follow . OBSESSED 😍
Life didn’t get easier… she just got stronger. 🤍
Some lessons don’t break youthey build you.
Sometimes I feel like I’ve hit the Lotterry of Health. And I don’t say that in a good way.
Tis the season for illness and man is this RSV killing me. I had to borrow my son’s Vic’s Vaporizer when my machine broke and quickly was reminded why I hate that thing.
I’ve been using this 2 n 1 humidifer and vaporizer since I was dignaosed with in 2019 and it has saved my life and helped so much with my dryness. I wanted to share because this bad boy is a game changer especially with all this illness going around and it covers such a large area.
I linked it here….

I use this regularly, next to my bedside to help manage my dryness for my
All my research has taught me to keep humidity at 40% in my house to prevent dryness and help decrease flareups. I also installed a humidifier on my furnace bc living in Michigan that’s a must.
When I was diganosed with it was a long road. I had been struggling with symptoms for over a year, until my body hit a wall and said No More.
Once my doctors tested my bloodwork and it was found I had a positive ANA, SSA and SSB i had to get a lip biopsy to confirm my diagnosis. This is considered the “Gold Standard”.
Not all doctors require further testing, however my University Hospital did and I underwent an Salivary Gland Uptake Scan to see just how much damage had been done to my glands from the Sjogrens as well as a Schemer Test in my eyes to test for tear production.
Both test found that my not only my salivary glands were preforming under 50% but also my lacrimal glands weren’t functioning properly and producing less then 1 tear every 5 seconds (if I’m remembering that correct).
It can be a long road to getting a diagnosis but once everything was confirmed my team was able to get a treatment plan for me that started immediately. Unfortunately, there is No Cure for Sjogrens and the destruction it causes is permanent. The aim for treatment is to slow progression and symptom management only.
I added a new pore serum to my skincare routine yesterday and this is my skin 24 hours later. No filter, no editing… just real skin. 👀
I’ve been focusing on products that help with pore appearance, smoother skin texture, and that glass skin glow and this one surprised me.
Anyone else obsessed with finding skincare that actually makes a difference overnight?
For anyone who struggles with chronic dry mouth or Sjögren’s, I wanted to share a little trick that has helped me for years.
Every morning I spend 1–2 minutes using my gua sha stone along my jawline and neck. This simple routine helps stimulate the salivary glands, encouraging saliva production which can help relieve that constant dry mouth feeling.
Gua sha works by gently increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage, which can help reduce inflammation in the glands and surrounding tissue. I’ve also found it really helpful for relieving TMJ tension in my jaw.
✨ Bonus: it also helps de-puff your face and improve circulation, so you get a little skincare boost too.
Quick tip: Always apply a carrier oil first so the stone glides smoothly. I usually use Bio-Oil or coconut oil.
It’s such a simple 1–2 minute routine, costs less than $5, and it’s something you can easily add into your day.
As someone who has lived with Sjögren’s for over 8 years, I know how frustrating dry mouth can be, so I love sharing small things that have helped me along the way. Hopefully this helps someone else too. 💜
Testing the Medicube eye serum trio and here’s my honest review 👀
✔️ Yellow (caffeine) – instant depuffing
✔️ Gold (peptide) – testing overnight results
⚠️ Pink (PDRN) – may have mild sensitivity
Anyone else have these problems with PDRN?
The caffeine one might be my new favorite for tired eyes 😅
