Earth Breath Yoga
A boutique massage studio in Beaverton, Oregon offering massage therapy, holistic healing, and nervous system regulation.
Earth Breath Yoga is a wellness studio that focuses on healing the whole body. We offer massage, yoga, and breathwork classes that meet you where you’re at to help you transform to where you want to be. Earth Breath Yoga helps treat chronic pain through massage, yoga, and breathwork, accepts health insurance for massage, and bills auto insurance for massage therapy after an accident.
This is what’s missing…
In this quiet moment, the treatment room awaits.
Linens are carefully warmed and folded, inviting a sense of comfort.
This is not the hurried preparation of a formulaic approach.
Here, each detail is attended to with intention and slowness.
The space breathes, ready to welcome the next guest.
In this stillness, we find presence and connection.
Sometimes, growing your business doesn’t begin with a new strategy.
Sometimes…
It begins with a new space.
A space that reflects the care you bring to your clients.
A space that gives you room to breathe, to create, and to do your best work.
A space where people walk through the door and immediately feel they’ve come somewhere special.
I’ve poured my heart into creating that kind of environment at Earth Breath Yoga—not because beautiful spaces are about appearances, but because I believe they shape how we feel.
The right environment invites people to slow down.
To feel safe.
To settle into themselves.
And I believe practitioners deserve to work in a space that inspires them just as much as it nurtures the people they serve.
I’m currently welcoming applications from a small number of wellness professionals looking for either full-time or part-time space.
Whether you’re ready to expand your existing practice or finally take the leap into a space that reflects the quality of your work, I’d love to connect.
I’m intentionally looking for practitioners who value collaboration over competition, kindness over ego, and creating exceptional experiences for every client who walks through the door.
If that sounds like you, send me a DM.
And if this made you think of someone who’s ready for their next chapter, I’d be honored if you shared it with them. 🤍

What helps one nervous system can tax another
Many believe that more pressure in massage leads to better results.
This perspective is often supported by the idea that deeper tissue work releases tension more effectively.
However, this belief can overlook the unique responses of individual nervous systems.
What feels relieving for one person may overwhelm another, leading to increased tension rather than release.
It’s essential to attune to your own body’s signals and needs.
Consider how different techniques resonate with your current state.
The goal is not to conform to a standard but to explore what truly nurtures your system.
As you settle into your next massage, invite yourself to notice the sensations that arise.
What does your body communicate in this moment?
Allow this awareness to guide your experience, anchoring you in what feels right for you now.
I often pushed through the tightness in my shoulders.
It felt like a badge of honor to keep moving, to keep functioning.
But deep down, I could sense the weight building.
Each day, I would settle into the discomfort, thinking it was just part of life.
I ignored the early whispers of strain, convincing myself that nothing was technically wrong.
It wasn’t until I felt a sharp ache that I realized I had crossed a threshold.
My body finally shouted, ‘Enough!’
In that moment, I was forced to pause.
The discomfort lingered, a heavy reminder of what I had been carrying.
I sat with it, feeling the weight of my choices.
There was no quick fix, no immediate relief.
Just the stillness of my breath and the quiet ache of my body.
I reflected on how I often treat care as something to be earned, rather than maintained.
It’s a lesson I’m still learning.
How do we listen to our bodies when they speak?
Can we honor their needs before they escalate?
I’m still exploring these questions, allowing the discomfort to guide me.
Relaxation isn’t the goal every time
Many believe that relaxation is the primary aim of massage.
This perspective suggests that deep relaxation can alleviate stress and tension.
However, this belief can overlook the complex needs of the nervous system.
Massage can also serve as a tool for grounding and re-establishing connection with the body.
In moments of heightened tension, relaxation may not be accessible or appropriate.
Instead, it can be more beneficial to attune to the body’s current state.
Recognizing what your body needs in the moment is essential.
Consider how you can embody presence without the pressure to relax.
Invite yourself to explore what feels supportive today, rather than what is expected.
I’ve always believed that space is part of the healing.
Long before a massage begins…
Before the first deep breath…
Before a single word is spoken…
Our nervous systems are already taking in the environment around us.
The warmth.
The natural textures.
The light.
The quiet.
The feeling of being welcomed.
A thoughtfully designed space doesn’t just look beautiful.
It helps people exhale.
That’s the kind of environment I’ve intentionally created at Earth Breath Yoga—not because aesthetics are everything, but because they help people feel safe enough to soften, settle, and receive.
And I believe practitioners deserve that, too.
If you spend your days caring for others, your workspace should feel like an extension of the experience you want your clients to have.
I’m currently looking for 2–3 wellness professionals who are drawn to that same philosophy and would love to practice in a peaceful, boutique-inspired space where beauty, intention, and community come together.
If you’ve been looking for an upscale, boutique boho space to elevate your practice—or you’re ready to take the leap and finally create a space that reflects the quality of your work—I would love to connect.
Send me a DM to learn more.
And if someone comes to mind who would thrive in a space like this, I’d be so grateful if you’d share this with them. 🤍
