✨ At the end of May, I felt like I hit a turning point with my health. After 60 years, I finally realized I had to make a change 🌱. You see, at age 4, my babysitter gave me my first Coca-Cola 🥤 with lunch. After a year of this daily habit, I refused to drink anything else at home! This was the start of my journey into the sugar world 🍬, which only got worse when Coca-Cola switched to corn fructose syrup 😕.

By the end of May, my legs and feet were starting to feel funny in the mornings 😬. Although it would go away quickly, I knew it was time to take action 💡. I didn’t want to see a doctor, knowing they'd likely prescribe pills 💊—and with all the side effects that come with medications, I was determined to avoid that path!
