It acts as localized cryotherapy, instantly tightening pores, reducing puffiness, and soothing inflammation while promoting deep relaxation. Ending with a hot towel, then a cold towel to fully boost circulation and leaving the face feeling and looking fresh and youthful!

Falling asleep during a massage is very common. It's actually a compliment to us massage therapist because it just means you are fully relaxed and comfortable enough to fall asleep. Massage therapy has been putting the sleeping pill companies out of business for centuries. 😂
But speaking of sleep....
Should I provide a 30min nap add-ons for clients that want to stay sleeping after their massages???

Trust and believe i know how it is sometimes 😅 im a mother of 4 soooo I'll get there when I get there! lol but fr fr, if i personally am ever late to anyones appointment, I will without hesitation give you your fully intended time during the massage session.
