Meet Sean and Jennifer Morrow, a married couple who are both in court reporting school. They began scoping to earn extra money before we graduate a couple of years from now. If you need a new scopist on either a permanent or temporary basis, give TwoMorrows Transcription a try! Jennifer was an English teacher before being laid off in 2010 due to budget cuts. Happy St. Patrick's Day from TwoMorrows Transcription!
Good grief! It is feast or famine in scoping! I read 191 pages today... a new record! I am now going to bed and hope that all the crazy characters I read about today don't wind up in my dreams!
I made my goal for 2013!!! I just counted up all the pages I have done so far in 2013 and the total was: 17,203! My goal was 15,000. What a great year! I also tallied my reporters and I worked for seven different reporters in five different states in 2013. I'm looking forward to an even better 2014!

Another milestone for TwoMorrows Transcription today... I scoped a dep live using Connection Magic from Eclipse. The dep started at 10:00am my time and my reporter and I linked up over the internet and I scoped her work as she was typing it. The dep was finished at about 12:15 and by 12:45 I had verified all the proper nouns I could, run spellcheck, and had the finished transcript emailed back to her. It truly was a really awesome experience.
I finished everything I had on my desk! I'm free!!! Now I might get to enjoy the rest of the weekend without pages hanging over my head. Just in time, too, since we have Brickyard 400 tickets for tomorrow!
My goal for TwoMorrows Transcription this year is to read 15,000 pages. I totaled it up and I've read 7,811 pages in quarters one and two this year! That would put me on track to meet my goal! Fingers crossed that business stays steady!
Another working weekend for TwoMorrows Transcription! Not too many pages, though... still plenty of time to enjoy the summer weather!
