Happy Monday 🥳

Well these past few days, weeks + months have been nothing short but creative and incredible 🥰

Having the opportunity to meet new clients, continue to see my loyal guests, deliver their dream hair + keep the good vibes rolling is absolutely my favorite part of the day!

Still being in love with my career after 16+ years is the fire the lights my passion 🔥

There are so many reasons why I love my job but here are a few tips I’d give to newer stylists if they want to stay in the industry for a long time + still feel the same love from day 1:
❣️Continuing education = continued inspiration. It should never feel “mandatory”— you should want to enhance your skillsets + feel proud when your clients are loving the results!
❣️Finding the right salon home that aligns with your visions, motivates you, supports you + helps you grow inside and out. has been an absolute safe space for me AND my clients, where I can be myself with zero judgement and my clients can relax and have fun 🥰
❣️Niching down + meeting amazing clients— don’t get me wrong, I’m still doing other services that don’t exactly fall within my “niche” (and I’m old-school and still believe everyone should still do this) but the having the ability to niche down has allowed me to meet some more pretty incredible people! I love + appreciate ALL my clients, no matter what service you get done 🫶🏼
❣️Please Please Please TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY! Stretch, do your hand stretches, proper body posture, drink water, etc. I didn’t start doing this until about 6-7 years into my career and let’s just say that I am feeling the repercussions 🫠

Oh, did we have a STRATEGY 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I was CRAVING a change, and since my usual birthday bangs were a no-go (iykyk) transformed my hair with 2.5 rows of 20inches of genius volume wefts.

LET ME TELL YOUUU 👏👏 These are THE most comfortable extensions I’ve ever had in my head and I’m so thankful that Erin slayed per usual 💁🏻‍♀️

We also attempted to replicate a trending reel, got extremely overstimulated and the bloopers are INCREDIBLE—should we share those for a good laugh? Would that make good content? Let us know! 😂
