Offering in-person sessions, distance reiki, and on-site chair massage experiences. Restored Body & Soul is a wellness business based in Belton, MO, USA with a heart for women in mid-life. We currently offer intuitive massage therapy sessions (with Becky). Each session is customized to your needs. Tricia is available to hire as a registered yoga instructor and will be offering private meditation and reiki sessions starting in February '26. Our goal is to support you in practices that allow your body and/or soul to feel restored and at peace. Becky is a licensed and insured massage therapist focusing on chronic pain, muscle tension and stress- and trauma-related issues. Tricia is currently a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a transcendental meditation practitioner.

If you’ve met us at an event, you may have heard us describe ourselves this way:
A former corporate professional turned Reiki practitioner.
A former woodworker turned bodyworker.
Different paths, but they brought us to the same place: creating space for people to slow down, reconnect, and feel more comfortable in their bodies.
After years in the corporate world, Tricia was drawn to Reiki and mindfulness. Becky brought her passion for working with her hands from woodworking into massage.
Together, we created Restored Body & Soul because burnout is real. Sometimes it looks like exhaustion, constantly being “on,” carrying tension, or forgetting to care for yourself while caring for everyone else.
We believe massage and Reiki offer a chance to pause, receive, and reconnect—without pressure to accomplish anything.
