While you enjoy this picture of easily one of the kindest people I have ever met…and also has amazing hair to work with, I have something for you to think about….
I picked up The Pivot Year by Brianna Wiest and have been randomly picking pages to read.
Yesterday’s was perfect!
“What matters is that, in the end, you can tell a story that you’re proud of. That’s the light to hold all of your decisions up to: when you’re old and retelling the stories of your life, what will you say?”
When that time comes, I’ll say that I was grateful for every person who shared their stories with me, and listened while I shared mine.
They’ll be stories about life, coffee, and snort laughing! Stories about offering to go beat up whoever wronged my favorite people (no worries, it was all talk 😉), and stories about how proud I am for what we’ve all achieved and overcome.
I’ll also remember all the hugs!

Something big just happened and I can’t stop smiling!
After 30+ years of doing what I love, I’ve taken the leap into my own salon suite.
I couldn’t be more excited for this adventure!
New space, same me (still obsessed with your grey blending…and coffee 😉).
A huge thank you to every one of my beautiful clients.
This wouldn’t have been possible without all of you, and I can’t wait to share this new space with you!

Seven and a half years…..
I’ve laughed hard here,
I’ve cried here,
I’ve witnessed and experienced life’s major milestones here,
I’ve made lifelong friends here, and I miss seeing them already.
Now I’m leaving here, but with SO much love and gratitude for every experience.
Thank you, Christine and Jazba, for every moment. 🩵

Every year, I love giving my Christmas tree a new theme — and creating a topper that’s a little unexpected.
Not every idea works (looking at you, phoenix-that-just-looked-like-a-chicken 🤭), but this year’s travel tree feels like a win.
I drilled holes in the top and bottom of a globe, then drilled smaller holes in all the places I’ve been, filled it with lights, crossed my fingers… and watched it glow.
Even the equator lit up! ✨
It feels like a little reminder of adventures past — and those still ahead.
As this season comes to an end, I hope you all have had experiences this year that bring a similar smile to your faces, whether it involves travel, or just time with those you love.
